Legal Consultant – Cloud / SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Consultant with strong Cloud/SaaS experience to support a Fortune 200 global technology client on high‑impact commercial work across APAC for at least one year.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex cloud/SaaS and enterprise technology agreements.
• Lead and support enterprise‑level negotiations with customers across APAC.
• Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice to sales, product, engineering and security teams on go‑to‑market strategy, cloud security and commercial risk allocation.
• Collaborate with global legal and cross‑functional teams to improve templates, playbooks and contracting processes.

Required profile

• Strong legal experience, in‑house or private practice, negotiating cloud/SaaS and enterprise technology agreements; tech‑company background preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable handling complex, time‑sensitive deals.
• Senior candidates based outside Singapore should have 10+ years of relevant experience; flexibility for strong candidates based in Singapore.
• Legal qualification preferred but not required; regional exposure is an asset.
