About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a focus on Intellectual Property to join the legal team of a Singapore‑headquartered company operating across APAC. The role will support both corporate and technology functions, providing practical legal advice on IP matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide corporate and commercial legal advice related to intellectual property across the business.
- Advise on IP considerations arising from commercial agreements, technology projects, and digital initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate technology, collaboration, and licensing agreements.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience gained through a mix of in‑house and law‑firm roles.
- Demonstrated expertise advising on IP matters, especially in technology and commercial contexts.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex, non‑standard agreements.
