Legal Counsel – Singapore

About the role

Aslant Legal is partnering with a US‑headquartered investment firm to hire a Legal Counsel for its Singapore office. This position offers a first in‑house move for a qualified lawyer eager to work in a truly international and fast‑paced business environment. You will work closely with the business to provide legal advice on a wide range of cross‑border matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the business on a broad range of cross‑border legal matters.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Provide legal guidance on corporate, M&A, capital markets, funds and financial‑services regulatory issues.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Background in Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Funds or Financial Services Regulation.
• Commercially minded with strong communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
