Legal Technology & AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Legal Technology & AI Specialist to support our legal operations, improve compliance processes, and drive digital transformation. The role blends legal expertise with technology implementation, helping the organization manage contracts, conduct legal research, and automate workflows using AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize contracts, agreements, corporate documents, and compliance records.
• Conduct legal research on legislation, regulations, case law, and industry standards, summarising findings for internal projects.
• Monitor contract lifecycles, manage document repositories, track renewal dates, and support approval workflows.
• Assist with corporate governance, internal compliance programs, and policy implementation.
• Support the implementation, administration, and optimisation of legal technology platforms, CLM systems, document management, e‑discovery, knowledge‑management, and AI‑powered applications.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, cybersecurity, procurement, finance, HR, and business teams.
• Analyse legal data and operational metrics, preparing dashboards and reports for strategic decision‑making.
• Help develop AI‑enabled solutions for document classification, contract analysis, and legal research automation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of legal processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with legal technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Required skills

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
• Experience with document management and e‑discovery tools.
• Knowledge of AI‑powered legal applications and workflow automation.
