About the role
Ten is seeking a multilingual Lifestyle Concierge to join its APAC team in Singapore. The role involves handling travel, retail and entertainment requests for members, providing personalized solutions and ensuring a premium experience.
Key responsibilities
- Gather detailed briefs from members and manage their requests via phone and digital channels.
- Research and recommend travel, dining, entertainment and luxury retail options that exceed member expectations.
- Provide tailored lifestyle suggestions and act as an advisor and advocate for members.
- Translate communications as needed and ensure clear, timely responses.
- Collaborate with the member satisfaction team to resolve complaints and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile.
