Lifestyle Director

About the role

The Lifestyle Director will lead the strategic direction, operations and guest experience of the hotel’s Spa, Fitness Centre and Poolside facilities. Reporting to senior hotel management, this role ensures that wellness offerings are innovative, profitable and fully aligned with PARKROYAL on Beach Road’s upscale positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated wellness strategies that combine spa, fitness and pool services.
• Curate lifestyle programmes and partnerships to boost guest engagement and differentiate the brand.
• Drive membership growth, spa product sales and poolside food‑and‑beverage revenue.
• Set annual goals, budgets and business plans for all wellness operations.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, hygiene and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering and housekeeping to keep equipment fully operational.
• Lead staff training on service excellence, safety, product knowledge and upselling.
• Monitor service standards through guest feedback, mystery audits and personalized wellness journeys for VIPs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality wellness or similar operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
• Excellent guest‑centric mindset and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
