Livestream KOL Talent Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Livestream KOL Talent Manager to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives through Shopee Live. You will build and nurture relationships with top livestreamers and celebrities, driving supply and conversions to achieve commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with top streamers to maximise livestream performance and drive conversions.
• Ideate and implement new strategies and amplification tactics to onboard streamers and accelerate their growth within Shopee Live.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic projects and improve operational efficiency.
• Work with external agencies and Multi‑Channel Networks (MCNs) to onboard and nurture creators, ensuring sustained growth.
• Track and analyse initiative performance, using data‑driven insights to refine strategies and improve success metrics.
• Monitor competitor campaigns to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for strategic enhancement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid project‑management capabilities.
• Keen interest in social media, influencer, and digital marketing.
• Team player with a drive to consistently exceed KPIs.
• Experience in livestream, talent management, client management, e‑commerce, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
