LNG Finance Advisor – Global Energy

About the role

The LNG Finance Advisor will support the Global Energy Group’s LNG business by strengthening financial stewardship, performance management, and strategic decision support. Reporting to the Finance Director, the role offers broad exposure to international operations and the chance to influence key commercial and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across multiple business segments.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver insightful management reporting.
• Evaluate business performance and support capital allocation decisions.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial models to inform strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to process enhancements, reporting automation, and the continuous improvement of FP&A frameworks and governance.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate planning or performance management, preferably within energy, LNG, commodities or trading.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash‑flow analysis, investment evaluation and business performance drivers.
• Experience working with regional or global stakeholders in an international environment.
