Lobby Lounge Waitress

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waitress to join the Lobby Lounge team at Shangri‑La Singapore. In this role you will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a sophisticated urban retreat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly and attentive service to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to service standards.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining proper mise‑en‑place.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service and dining areas.
• Respond to guest requests and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with team members and kitchen staff for smooth service flow.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety and grooming standards at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or hotel service (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols.
• Pleasant personality with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
