Locker Network Operation Executive – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Locker Network Operation Executive to join the SPX Express locker team. In this 1‑year contract role you will drive procurement optimisation, manage vendor relationships and lead cost‑saving projects across one of Southeast Asia’s largest e‑commerce logistics networks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities, run tenders and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost‑saving targets.
• Manage locker vendors, overseeing manufacturing quality, product reliability and after‑sales service performance.
• Lead end‑to‑end projects that improve operational efficiency, delivery capacity and service performance, coordinating with Operations and other cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, SOPs and relevant government regulations (e.g., MOM).
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Regional and other teams, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Internship or work experience in procurement, accounting or supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in team and cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
