Logistic Executive – Sembawang (Permanent)

About the role

The Logistics Executive will oversee daily logistics operations at the ST1 yard in Sembawang, ensuring the smooth flow of goods across the supply chain. This full‑time, permanent position reports to the Head of Logistics and works closely with production, transport, and customs teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise daily logistics activities, delivery schedules and route planning.
• Track overnight parking charges, trailer inspections and GPS data for all vehicles.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date master list of trailers across all yards.
• Coordinate with production to guarantee an adequate supply of empty trailers.
• Handle liaison with ICA Customs and PSA on regulatory or operational issues.
• Assist with stock‑takes, inventory counts and ad‑hoc tasks as directed by senior logistics staff.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O Level or Polytechnic Diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with operational workflows, delivery coordination and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
