Senior Executive, Procurement & Contracts

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Procurement & Contracts to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate enjoys stakeholder engagement, supplier management, commercial negotiations and ensuring compliance within a structured procurement framework.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing, RFQ/tender preparation, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, award recommendations and purchase order issuance.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with company policies, governance requirements and delegated authority frameworks.
• Coordinate tender and quotation exercises, prepare business cases, conduct commercial evaluations and align stakeholders.
• Perform commercial reviews covering pricing, payment terms, warranties, service levels and contractual risks.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals, extensions or re‑tendering to guarantee business continuity.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation and reporting within ERP systems.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Procurement or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing tenders, quotations, supplier evaluations and contract administration.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and high attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and strong stakeholder management abilities.
