Logistics Assistant – Up to $2,600, 5.5‑day week

About the role

Join a fast‑paced warehouse team where every day brings new challenges. As a Logistics Assistant you will keep operations running smoothly, support inventory accuracy and ensure safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse tasks: picking, packing, sorting, loading and unloading shipments.
• Receive goods, verify quantities against documents and update inventory records.
• Put away items, conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Process Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI), perform stock transfers and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation such as delivery orders and packing lists.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, use PPE and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate pallet jacks and, if licensed, forklifts safely.
• Collaborate with supervisors and inventory team, communicate issues promptly.
• Keep the work area clean and organized (5S) and meet daily productivity targets.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Physical ability to perform hands‑on work.
• Team player with a positive attitude, reliable and safety‑conscious.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge (experience with WMS or SAP is a plus).
• Forklift licence (preferred).
