Logistics Assistant – Warehouse Operations

About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support our warehouse and food service operations across Singapore. The role involves handling inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct stock takes and update stock records.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen store.
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and keep accurate records through regular checks and system updates.
- Manage storage and distribution of food stock to internal kitchen teams.
- Liaise with QHSE requirements for dry and wet goods upkeep and maintenance.
- Ensure work areas are clean and spotless, including floors, walls, counters, and equipment.
- Implement and adhere to Sodexo Food Safety and Workplace Safety and Health standards throughout food service processes.
- Perform food safety related tasks such as temperature monitoring, taking food samples, and cleaning activities.
