Logistics Coordinator – Inside Sales Support

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support the inside sales team by handling order processing, shipment coordination and customer‑supplier communication. This role is essential for ensuring smooth delivery schedules and accurate invoicing across import and export activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing using Microsoft Business Central.
• Follow up on orders with customers and suppliers.
• Manage and expedite delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Arrange import and export shipments and prepare related documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project delivery status reports for customers.
• Assist with project documentation management and vendor pre‑qualification when needed.
• Provide sales‑related administrative support and handle ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing and customer service.
• Preferably experience in oil & gas or a similar industry.
• Strong administrative abilities and excellent organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, pressure‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
