Logistics Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our Logistics department on Jurong Island. The role involves planning and managing terminal logistical activities in line with customer nominations and operational capabilities, while ensuring smooth coordination with operations and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistical activities at the terminal based on customer nominations and operational capabilities.
• Coordinate vessel turn‑around schedules, material flows and product movements.
• Prepare shipping documents, perform vessel vetting and sanction checks.
• Generate weekly/monthly stock inventory reports and customs reports for customers and authorities.
• Handle customs clearance permits for import and export shipments, including documentation and audit facilitation.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints, providing timely solutions.
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings, terminal visits and audits.
• Support accounts receivable follow‑up and generate invoices.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, planning or customer service, preferably in terminal storage, oil & gas or a related industry.
• Strong analytical ability and data‑interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and thrive under pressure.
