Logistics Planner & Traffic Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Planner & Traffic Controller to manage next‑day deliveries and oversee fleet operations at our Jurong Island site. You will coordinate drivers, optimise routes and ensure smooth transport execution while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule next‑day deliveries and transport operations.
• Monitor fleet movement and delivery progress in real time.
• Coordinate drivers, routes and job assignments efficiently.
• Resolve delays and operational issues promptly.
• Prevent unnecessary costs such as storage, overtime and failed trips.
• Liaise with customers and handle operational enquiries.
• Maintain accurate job records, proof of deliveries and billing documentation.
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and overall fleet condition.
• Lead and supervise drivers and delivery assistants.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics planning, transport coordination or fleet operations.
• Supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with GPS fleet tracking systems (advantageous).
