Logistics Supervisor – Changi, Singapore

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor supports the Project Manager in overseeing non‑core supply processing functions at the Changi site. You will coordinate manpower, monitor site operations, and ensure all activities meet quality, safety and timeline requirements while leading a team of Logistic Officers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling and deploying manpower.
• Oversee on‑site logistics operations, ensuring quality service delivery to the Authority.
• Monitor project progress, enforce safety standards and manage vendor/contractor coordination.
• Handle store processing, stuffing/unstuffing, loading/unloading of vessels, and set‑up of events and exhibitions.
• Manage warehouse and inventory, support procurement, and maintain material master data in the Authority’s IT systems.
• Prepare monthly management and audit reports, and participate in incident reporting and investigations.
• Supervise administrative support, document handling, stocktaking, and conference facility management.

Required profile

• Minimum ITE certification or equivalent.
• Security clearance up to CAT 2A.
• Medically fit to perform the duties described.
• Meticulous, empathetic team leader with strong people‑management skills.
