About the role

As a Luxury Client Advisor for Prada at an airport location, you will deliver an extraordinary, memorable experience to high‑end travelers, acting as the brand’s ambassador and guiding clients through the world of Prada.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment, placing the client at the centre of every interaction and following the "client journey ceremony".
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals, contributing to overall store performance.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, including Prada history, culture and DNA.
• Capture and manage client data in the company CRM to personalise future engagements.
• Promote an omni‑channel mindset, integrating in‑store and e‑commerce experiences.
• Resolve client complaints in partnership with the line manager and Client Service team.
• Utilise digital tools to deliver a seamless luxury experience, including virtual appointments.
• Collaborate with back‑of‑house teams, ensuring organized stock rooms and compliance with operational procedures.
