Machine Maintenance Technician – 12hr Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on a permanent night‑shift basis. You will be responsible for keeping critical equipment running at optimal performance, ensuring high uptime and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, calibrations and equipment conversions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues to return machines to production quickly.
• Withdraw and manage spare parts, and service tooling, jigs and machine components.
• Collaborate with engineers during pilot runs to set up new products, materials or processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation, safety checklists and post‑maintenance buy‑off records.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects targeting OEE, spare‑part costs and equipment reliability.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical certificate.
• Ability to work independently, hands‑on, and dive into technical details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Preventive maintenance and calibration procedures.
• Troubleshooting of electro‑mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of computer‑based control systems.
• Experience with vacuum and plasma technologies.
• Familiarity with high‑thermal wafer processing, dicing, grinding and wafer‑bonding.
