Maintenance & Facilities Technician (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance & Facilities Technician to join our team at a leading seafood wholesaler in Jurong. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through preventive and routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and supporting minor installations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance such as air‑conditioning servicing, electrical inspections and minor repairs on trucks and forklifts.
• Perform daily routine maintenance tasks across the facility, including pest control.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
• Assist with minor M&E installations.
• Coordinate and communicate with external contractors, technicians and engineers as required.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Higher Nitec (ITC) or Nitec (NTC 2/NTC 3) in an engineering‑related discipline, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities, building maintenance, or the mechanical/electrical field.
• Experience handling ammonia is an advantage.

• Monthly salary up to SGD 3,200 (range SGD 2,500‑3,200) plus overtime, attendance allowance and performance bonus.
• Standard working hours: Mon‑Fri 7:30 am‑4:30 pm, Sat 7:30 am‑11:30 am.
