About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Fortune Chemical Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment and plant facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment, blending vessels, pumps, mixers, filling equipment and utilities.
- Inspect and maintain hoses, valves, compressors and associated equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of plant facilities, including lighting systems, doors and shutters, water supply systems, storage racks, etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and maintain proper storage and housekeeping of maintenance tools and materials.
- Ensure all maintenance work is conducted in accordance with company safety procedures.
