Maintenance Technician – Machine

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of machine equipment by responding quickly to breakdowns and performing scheduled maintenance. You will work on rotating shifts to support 24/7 production and collaborate closely with the technician lead.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to breakdown and maintenance complaints promptly.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance according to checklists at designated sites.
• Perform minor repairs, diagnose faults, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, machines, and related systems.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by the technician lead.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification: Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic maintenance and repair of belt, conveyor and pulley systems.
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts to support continuous operations.
• Possession of a Class 3 driver’s licence.
