Management Associate

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Management Associate to support our trading, operations, sales and business development activities across Singapore. The role requires strong communication, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist management in overseeing day‑to‑day business and trading operations.
• Coordinate activities between sales, purchasing, suppliers, customers, logistics and administrative teams.
• Support the development and implementation of growth strategies.
• Identify new customers, suppliers, products and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales reports and management reports.
• Monitor customer orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and urgent operational matters.
• Assist with pricing, cost analysis and profitability monitoring.
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Participate in customer and supplier meetings as required.
• Support business development activities, including prospecting and cold calling.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational and performance reports.
• Monitor sales and operational KPIs and report issues to management.
• Help implement new procedures and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to respond quickly to time‑sensitive operational and customer matters.
• Flexibility to work across multiple functions rather than a single desk‑based role.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven trading environment.
