Management Trainee – Food & Beverage

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our Food & Beverage operations. This rotational programme will give you hands‑on experience across all restaurant functions, preparing you for future leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through each position to gain a deep understanding of our F&B operations.
- Drive sales and profitability of outlets while maintaining high service standards.
- Learn to run restaurant operations, including manpower scheduling, performance management and inventory control.
- Train new employees, monitor their progress and ensure compliance with company policies and NEA regulations.
- Prepare business reports and handle ad‑hoc duties as required.
- Continuously monitor individual performance and set new goals after completing basic training.
Required profile
- Passion for service with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated, independent and able to multitask.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Initiative and a strong work ethic.
