Management Trainee – Restaurant Operations

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Korean restaurant chain as a Management Trainee and develop a solid foundation in food‑and‑beverage operations. You will work closely with the front‑of‑house team, learning how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while gaining insight into restaurant management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests, addressing concerns promptly.
• Assist in coordinating the front‑of‑house team (hosts, servers, cashiers) during peak periods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area; set, clear, and reset tables efficiently.
• Use menu knowledge to suggest items, upsell appropriately, and answer guest questions.
• Process payments accurately, handle cash, and operate the POS system for billing and order tracking.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Interest in Korean cuisine, beverages, and dining customs.
• Clear and effective communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open to training, feedback, and proactive skill development.
