Manager, ADC APAC Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

Abbott's ADC Diabetes Care division is hiring a Manager, ADC APAC Business Operations Supply Chain & Logistics in Singapore. You will create, enhance and standardize the ADC Asia Pacific ecommerce and B2B supply chain infrastructure and lead end-to-end supply chain operations, with accountability for performance, inventory, sales and operations planning and third-party logistics execution. The role sits in the International Business Operations team and works closely with the ADC APAC Demand Planning organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize and standardize B2B and B2C supply chain distribution channels across APAC, including ecommerce infrastructure for selected markets
• Harmonize B2B supply chain systems, processes and reporting, and set up strategic partnerships with third-party logistics and SCM providers
• Oversee supply planning and inventory management, and lead inbound and outbound logistics, NPI support, labeling review and warehouse contracts
• Manage order processes across Asia, including customer orders, samples, FOC, warranty and returns
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Marketing, IT and Finance, and act as SME on Customs and Trade Compliance
• Lead executive Sales & Operations Planning, align demand, supply and financial targets, and oversee performance monitoring across business models
• Support product launches, secure goods availability, and run supply chain projects to improve operations and customer experience
• Use dashboards and metrics to manage service, costs and risks, and act as ADC APAC Division Security Coordinator for SAP
• Supervise and develop a team of supply chain planners and an indirect team of order entry staff

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including leadership experience
• Strong background in planning, supply chain operations, network design and standardization, and logistics partner management; B2B and B2C experience is a plus
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, e-commerce or similar industries
• Proven stakeholder and supplier management and governance expertise
• Pioneering, hands-on leadership style, able to handle fast-paced environments and drive large-scale change
• Excellent analytical, communication, project and operations management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
