Manager, AP South Sales

About the role

The AP South Sales Manager will lead the regional sales team to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and increase enterprise adoption of our SaaS platform across the Asia‑Pacific South region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the AP South sales team to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, driving direct sales, enterprise commitments and platform adoption.
• Build and maintain C‑level relationships with prospective, current, and partner accounts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources (Pre‑Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Legal) to support deal execution.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecasting, account governance and performance metrics.
• Guide joint business planning and enable strategic partnerships to turn key accounts into long‑term assets.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in the local language and business‑level English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of hands‑on SaaS/software sales experience, including direct sales, channel management or strategic alliances.
• 5+ years within the biopharmaceutical clinical trials R&D environment.
• Proven track record leading teams, managing complex sales cycles and negotiating enterprise agreements.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
