Manager, Billing & Collections

About the role

The Manager, Billing & Collections will lead billing and accounts‑receivable operations across multiple international markets for a leading global professional services firm. The role owns the end‑to‑end invoicing process, ensures timely and accurate billing, and partners with project, business and finance teams to manage complex customer arrangements and revenue activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing and collections across multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
• Maintain invoice governance, resolve billing issues and support working‑capital performance.
• Monitor receivables, provide collection forecasts, and identify payment risks and ageing trends.
• Drive process improvements through ERP optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders across regions to implement effective collection strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in regional or global billing and collections, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Knowledge of multiple currencies, GST/VAT and contract‑based revenue recognition.
• Strong stakeholder management, independent and resourceful mindset.
• Interest in leveraging automation and AI tools for efficiency gains.
