Manager - Business Analyst (Cluster Office)

About the role

The Institution Business Analyst Manager will support strategic planning, technology integration, and daily operations for a leading healthcare institution. You will work closely with the CIO, PMO, and end‑users to translate business needs into actionable IT workplans.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with users, CIO and PMO to identify IT strategic needs and convert roadmaps into detailed workplans.
• Prioritise workplans and ad‑hoc projects, engaging delivery teams for execution.
• Support budget reviews, transfer pricing and procurement of systems and applications.
• Conduct high‑level pre‑project assessments, feasibility studies and solution reviews.
• Facilitate IT governance approvals, risk management and compliance with MOH HIM chapters.
• Participate in cluster and institution governance, steering committees, audits and business continuity exercises.
• Maintain and update governance documents, ensuring audit findings are addressed.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT project management and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• CITPM or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
