Manager, Business Control Market East

About the role

The Business Control Manager for Market East will lead financial planning, reporting and analysis across the region. Working closely with the executive team, you will build the financial infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts, integrating market and dealer developments.
• Track actual KPIs and financial performance against budget, conducting profitability analysis.
• Manage monthly closing activities, including accruals, provisions, intercompany eliminations and gross profit analysis.
• Consolidate and submit monthly reporting packages in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Monitor local and international accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections for strategic decision‑making.
• Identify key business drivers, provide insights to grow revenue and control costs.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes and controls.
• Build relationships with external auditors, tax authorities and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured thought process.
• Hands‑on detail orientation while communicating the bigger picture.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
