Manager, Business Development (Real Estate)

About the role

The Manager, Business Development (Real Estate) will lead the identification, evaluation, and procurement of new school campuses across the APAC region. This role combines market intelligence, stakeholder networking, and end‑to‑end project coordination to expand the organisation’s educational footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Source and assess Build‑to‑Suit, brownfield, and M&A opportunities for new school sites.
• Conduct market mapping, feasibility studies, and regulatory research for target geographies.
• Build and maintain a regional network of developers, investors, landlords, consultants, and government officials.
• Negotiate commercial and technical terms, prepare MOUs, term sheets, and lease agreements.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities, including valuations, legal reviews, and financial modelling.
• Manage the full development lifecycle of projects, collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors.
• Track multiple project pipelines using CRM and project‑management tools such as monday.com.
• Prepare market reports, opportunity briefs, and strategic presentations for senior leadership.
