Manager, CIO Office & Transformation

About the role

The Manager, CIO Office & Transformation leads portfolio governance, transformation enablement, and CIO Office operations across North America and SAP MENA. Reporting to the Director, this role ensures decision‑readiness, value realization, and executive communication while driving AI adoption and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end IT governance cadences (CPP/AR/Roadmap reviews) and provide decision‑ready inputs for leadership.
• Maintain portfolio data quality and governance within the PPM/ITBM ecosystem (e.g., ServiceNow) and produce executive dashboards.
• Enable transformation initiatives by delivering frameworks, operating cadences, and maturity assessments for product, agile, and change practices.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases, provide adoption frameworks, and facilitate innovation routines from proof‑of‑concept to scale.
• Translate strategy into clear executive messaging, briefing packs, and communications for town‑halls and major IT events.
• Strengthen CIO Office standards, templates, and governance hygiene to ensure consistent execution.

Required profile

• Strong PMO and portfolio governance leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive transformation, agile adoption, and change management.
• Experience communicating strategy to senior executives and large IT audiences.
• Track record of fostering AI adoption and innovation culture.
