Manager, Institutional Capital & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead institutional capital acquisition and partnership development for our Digital Technology Business Group in Singapore. You will bridge technical DeFi solutions with large‑scale investors, driving growth of our native vault ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound leads targeting Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain foundations to secure treasury investments and ecosystem grants.
• Identify, engage, and onboard tier‑1 crypto funds, institutional asset managers, centralized exchanges, and family offices into curated RWA pipelines.
• Conduct initial outreach and technical presentations to facilitate MOUs and capital deployment across the full institutional sales cycle.
• Design innovative funding channels and cross‑chain partnership structures to increase Total Value Locked (TVL) in native vaults.
• Act as a technical and commercial liaison, translating complex vault mechanics into compelling yield opportunities for institutions.
• Adapt go‑to‑market strategies quickly in response to macro‑economic shifts and regional regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of professional experience in the crypto/Web3 industry, focusing on business development, capital formation, or institutional sales.
• Proven track record of establishing high‑level B2B partnerships or securing capital allocations from institutional investors.
• Strong execution mindset with a self‑starting attitude and focus on closing deals and scaling assets under management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering data‑driven pitches to sophisticated allocators.
• Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings, conferences, and face‑to‑face allocator sessions.
• Native or near‑native English fluency; additional language proficiency (e.g., Korean, Mandarin) is a plus.
