About the role

We are looking for a proactive Manager to lead daily business operations across Singapore. The role involves coordinating teams, planning projects, optimising processes and managing relationships with clients and partners to drive company growth.

• Monitor sales, expenses, budgets and overall business performance to support informed decision‑making.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners to strengthen networks.
• Handle administrative and operational matters to support seamless business functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability through analysis and innovation.
• Prepare reports and provide timely updates to management for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Resolve operational issues promptly by making appropriate management decisions.
