About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to oversee business operations, lead teams, develop strategies, and drive company growth and performance. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on operational excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and operational objectives to achieve company goals
• Lead, manage, and supervise employees and management teams to enhance productivity and engagement
• Monitor business performance, sales, productivity, and financial results to identify improvement areas
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to maintain strong business relationships
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support company expansion
• Review operational and financial reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and control business expenses to optimise financial performance
• Resolve operational and organisational issues promptly to maintain business continuity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations to mitigate risks
• Set performance targets and monitor team and departmental achievements against goals
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to managers and employees to foster a positive work environment
• Represent the company in meetings and business discussions as required
• Perform other duties related to the company’s business activities as assigned
