Manager, Postgraduate and Continuing Education

About the role

The College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (CoHASS) at NTU is seeking a Manager to lead its Postgraduate and Continuing Education programmes. The role oversees the delivery of taught Master’s programmes, coordinates student services, and drives operational excellence across admissions, curriculum delivery, and SkillsFuture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions cycle for postgraduate programmes, monitor intake numbers and implement enrolment strategies.
• Oversee programme operations including academic advising, course proposals, timetabling, budgeting and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses, handling enrolment, budgeting, billing, adjunct hiring and class scheduling under the SkillsFuture scheme.
• Lead publicity, outreach and digital marketing efforts, maintain website content and develop recruitment collateral.
• Prepare and monitor programme budgets, produce performance reports and support event planning for seminars and workshops.
• Provide additional operational support for data collation, administrative coordination and project execution as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Humanities, Social Sciences or Business Administration.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in higher education or professional/continuing education programme management.
• At least 3 years of experience in senior operational or managerial roles.
