Manager - Private Banking and Asset & Wealth Management

About the role

Sia Partners, a global strategy consulting firm with more than 3,000 consultants across 40 offices, is looking for a Manager to join its Private Banking, Asset & Wealth Management business unit in Singapore. You will lead a team delivering programmes for clients worldwide, working with Sia consultants from other offices through the firm's global network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-5 consultants and guide them technically, sharing knowledge and consulting best practices
• Take part in projects with leading banks and financial institutions, supporting clients from around the world
• Build relationships with clients, identify business opportunities and support the sale of Sia's services
• Analyse data, formulate hypotheses and communicate with stakeholders to develop solutions
• Drive business decisions, accelerate project delivery and escalate risks and issues
• Contribute to cross-selling initiatives and share knowledge across offices
• Recruit and develop talent within the team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Engineering or Finance
• 6-10 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience as a management consultant for banks, or in middle and back offices
• Fluency in English

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication in client-facing situations
• Project management experience and ability to manage complex projects
• Deep knowledge of private banking, wealth management or asset servicing products and markets
• Solid understanding of project management, sales, macroeconomics and the regulatory environment in Asia
