Manager, Relationship Manager, Global Incroporation

About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Relationship Manager, Global Incorporation to join Vistra’s Singapore office. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking offshore company formation and ongoing compliance support, helping them achieve progress without friction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact, handling client queries and providing timely updates.
• Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore entities in jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman, Seychelles and Samoa.
• Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards.
• Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services where appropriate.
• Direct clients to the appropriate internal teams based on their needs.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the corporate secretarial field.
• Experience in corporate services with knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of offshore incorporation processes (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa).
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards for corporate entities.
