Manager, Restructuring

About the role

Interpath is expanding its Singapore office and is looking for a Manager to lead its Restructuring practice. The role involves advising distressed companies, delivering turnaround strategies and financial restructuring solutions across large and mid‑market organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams of 4–8 professionals, allocating resources and ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth financial and operational analysis and produce high‑quality reports with clear recommendations.
• Design practical solutions for complex distress situations, including turnaround and restructuring plans.
• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the Restructuring practice.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ensure all engagements comply with Interpath’s quality and engagement management standards.
• For candidates with insolvency experience, manage end‑to‑end insolvency engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading restructuring or turnaround engagements for large and mid‑size companies.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable advice.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on assignment needs.
• Experience in insolvency engagements is a plus.
