Manager / Senior Assistant Manager – Organizational Excellence

About the role

The College of Engineering at NTU is undergoing a major organizational transformation to boost operational efficiency and academic excellence. We are looking for a dynamic Manager or Senior Assistant Manager to lead and support these change initiatives across the College and its engineering schools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute transformation projects aligned with the Target Operating Model.
• Set up and optimise collaboration tools, especially SharePoint, to enable knowledge sharing.
• Develop, document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent workflows.
• Provide change‑management support to faculty and staff adapting to new processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and post‑implementation operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in science, engineering, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change, process improvement or project coordination.
• Strong operational execution ability with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in higher‑education institutions is a plus.

Required skills

• SharePoint design and configuration.
• Process documentation and business process re‑engineering.
• Data analysis and computational modelling to support planning.
• Development of SOPs and standardised protocols.
