Manager / Senior Manager, Innovation & Improvement Office

About the role

NHG is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager for its Innovation & Improvement Office. The role leads data-driven innovation and systemic improvement projects across clinical and operational teams, facilitates continuous improvement, manages change initiatives and builds organisational capability through the use of data, insights and innovation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement strategic innovation and improvement efforts that meet business needs and deliver desired outcomes.
• Identify and facilitate improvement opportunities aligned with KTPH and YCH's strategic priorities.
• Lead efforts to build a culture of innovation by guiding departments through major transitions, including the operations of CHI@KTPH and YCH.
• Lead the Grant Office function, covering grant landscape scanning, application coordination, governance and compliance, stakeholder advisory, award administration, utilisation monitoring, outcome reporting and portfolio oversight.
• Assist in new or revised NHG initiatives, programmes and events at cluster level, and help plan and support corporate events.
• Share with visitors on the hospital's improvement and innovation efforts and journey.

Required profile

• Recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in organisational development or transformation work.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management, written, analytical and communication skills.
• Independent, dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented, with strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
