Manager / Senior Manager, Tax (GST)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced GST professional to join our tax practice as a Manager or Senior Manager. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality GST advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the GST implications of their business operations across various industries, including the financial sector.
• Assist clients with GST registration, exemption applications, and various GST scheme enrollments.
• Review and e‑file clients’ GST returns.
• Conduct GST health checks, due‑diligence reviews, Assisted Self Help Kit (ASK) reviews, and Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) reviews.
• Support clients during IRAS GST audits and investigations.
• Liaise with IRAS to obtain GST rulings on behalf of clients.
• Contribute to the development of the GST practice and handle ad‑hoc projects as directed by partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification recognised by SCTP preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of Singapore GST experience, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and GST guidelines.
• Proven leadership, client management, and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; bilingual capability.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Motivation for career growth; SCTP accreditation (e.g., ATP or ATA) is an advantage.
