Manager, Strategic Communications & Special Projects

About the role

As a member of NSAS’s Strategic Communications & Special Projects team, you will lead the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy that amplifies NSAS’s key messages across media, digital, and social channels. The role also involves collaborating with external partners to showcase NSAS’s initiatives and Singapore’s space ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated communications strategies to support strategic messaging outcomes.
• Develop media outreach and engagement plans to build mindshare and communicate organisational objectives.
• Maintain and grow NSAS’s digital presence, enhancing outreach through owned channels.
• Safeguard and evolve NSAS’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialised marketing products and campaigns.
• Conduct data‑driven communication research, social listening and reporting to refine efforts.
• Partner with external stakeholders to profile NSAS and foster international collaborations.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing communications, media relations or public relations.
• Interest in public‑sector policy, international relations, economic issues and current affairs.
• Strong project‑management abilities and the capacity to work independently and within a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with creative design tools such as Canva.
• Experience using Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Capcut for video editing.
