Manager/Senior Manager, Digital Platform Optimisation (DX2)

About the role

The role contributes to the optimisation of the digital portals and digital engagement of the Singapore Government's lifelong learning platform, enabling Singaporeans to plan their lifelong learning journeys. It calls for product strategy, data-driven insights and hands-on technical engagement to deliver meaningful user outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the product roadmap, prioritising initiatives by user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility
• Define and track product success metrics such as user engagement, conversion funnels and retention
• Review the front-end tech stack and code quality with the development team to ensure portal performance and maintainability
• Propose and validate feature enhancements supported by UX assessments, user research and usability testing
• Work with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to deliver improvements in an iterative way
• Create simple design prototypes to support communication and alignment (a plus)

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, UX/UI design and/or web development
• Demonstrated experience as a product owner or business owner in cross-functional agile teams, driving a product from ideation to delivery
• Strong ability to define product vision, manage a backlog and prioritise between user value, business impact and technical constraints
• User-centric approach to product audits and roadmap development
• Collaborative, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

Required skills

• Proficiency in analysing qualitative and quantitative data to surface actionable insights
• Working knowledge of front-end programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to take part in code reviews
• Plus: Web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, SQL, UI design tools such as Figma, and AI tools for classification, content personalisation or productivity
