Job description

About the role

MySkillsFuture is looking for a proactive, people-driven Manager/Senior Manager, Product Partnership & Acquisition to build new partnerships and expand its product portfolio so that digital services for individuals are enhanced. The role works closely with the policy team to turn policy vision into an actionable plan and with product development teams to get partners onboarded to digital products smoothly. It suits people who engage on the ground, have a commercial instinct for identifying partners and opportunities, and enjoy ecosystem-building work that supports national skills and workforce development.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with policy teams to understand policy objectives and turn them into partnership initiatives and implementation plans
  • Assess the feasibility of proposed partnership models and recommend approaches that maximise policy impact and user value
  • Work with the product team to find gaps in the product portfolio (including MySkillsFuture and Careers & Skills Passport) and help partners close them, such as expanding course listings and enriching training or skills data
  • Engage stakeholders on the ground to understand industry trends and workforce needs and identify collaboration opportunities
  • Track and report partnership outcomes, adoption rates and key performance indicators, and review performance regularly to recommend improvements
  • Work with marketing teams to increase usage of the digital products

Required profile

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ideally at least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development or a related field, preferably in public sector, education or digital services
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Commercial acumen to identify partnership opportunities and create value propositions
  • Collaborative and organised, with experience coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to enjoy a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands

Required skills

  • Strong written communication; experience in copywriting or content development for digital platforms is an advantage
  • Comfortable using content management (CMS) tools is an advantage
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to turn findings into partnership priorities
  • Familiarity with Singapore's continuing education and training (CET) landscape is a plus

Successful candidates are offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or a permanent tenure. Candidates are encouraged to sign up for a Careers & Skills Passport account and include their public profile in their resume.
