Managing Director – Singapore Operations

About the role

YY Circle, Singapore's leading AI‑driven workforce and lifestyle ecosystem, is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Managing Director / Country Director to lead and scale its Singapore operations. Reporting directly to the Group Board, you will own the business performance, drive growth, and shape the future of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Singapore unit's profit and loss, develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead enterprise client acquisition across hospitality, F&B, retail, events, logistics and other key sectors, securing long‑term staffing contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, MOM requirements, CPF obligations and labor laws, implementing strong governance frameworks.
• Support adoption of new platform services, collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance AI‑enabled workforce solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in a high‑growth technology, staffing, marketplace, logistics or platform‑based business.
• Proven P&L responsibility and a track record of scaling operations, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's workforce, staffing, hospitality, retail and platform economy.
