Manufacturing Engineer – Fan Blade Manufacturing

About the role

Rolls‑Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its Fan Blade Manufacturing team in Seletar, Singapore. You will provide technical support to operations and lead engineering activities that develop, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery and lead‑time targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety & Environmental standards and the Zero Harm programme.
• Maintain product safety by guaranteeing processes meet design definitions and specifications, and resolve safety‑related issues.
• Drive a zero‑defect culture, collaborating with all functions to achieve Right First Time quality.
• Apply manufacturing process controls and act as MEA or PCA signatory where required.
• Identify and develop opportunities for new or improved processes, digital systems and technologies.
• Plan and manage engineering activities, including schedules, resources and costs.
• Provide technical support to operations and execute Manufacturing Engineering activities aligned with SQCD goals.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace or high‑performance engine environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, product safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
