Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will support the Special Process Supervisor in overseeing Heat Treatment, Cladding and Assembly operations. This role ensures timely job scheduling, vendor coordination, and compliance with quality, health, safety and environment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Planning Department to schedule Heat Treatment, Assembly and Cladding jobs and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate activities with test houses, calibration services and maintenance vendors.
• Assist the Special Process Supervisor in enforcing QMS procedural compliance through routine and daily job checks.
• Promote HSE awareness, participate in risk assessments, incident investigations and HSE metric reporting.
• Evaluate, qualify and monitor vendors for technical and quality compliance, including audits and performance reviews.
• Manage vendor non‑conformances, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking abilities, capable of working independently or within a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize critical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
