Manufacturing Production Control Engineer (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Control Engineer to lead and coordinate production activities within our semiconductor fab. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery targets are met and line performance is optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team to meet fab delivery requirements.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly line performance KPI targets.
• Drive the manufacturing team to achieve KPIs such as Move, Cycle Time (C/T), Wafer Out, and CLIP.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve line issues.
• Identify capability gaps and implement improvements to align with planned capacity.
• Manage Wafer Start processes to maintain line linearity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing modules and production control within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of factory operations, including the relationship between line move, cycle time, and customer delivery.
• Proven track record of meeting fab delivery KPIs (output, cycle time, OTD, CLIP management).
• Highly driven, motivated, and resourceful.
• Strong team player with good communication and data‑analysis abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
